Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your returns, We have a 30 day money back policy after 30 days please contact manufacturers.  

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept opened items for hygiene reasons. We do not cover returns costs the buyer is liable for this but we will refund shipping costs if we determine the product is faulty.

Please use royal mail as your return courier, Making sure our returns address is visible and clearer written/printed on your package.

To make returns process quicker as we know returns can be frustrating add your name, order number, and reason for return on a note inside the parcel.

Faulty items

If you have a faulty item within the warranty period, contact us via email or phone to identify potential fixes. If we receive a faulty item, we’ll refund your postage cost and replace/refund the item. If the item isn’t faulty, we’ll explain what happened and return it free of charge.

Received the wrong item?

If for any reason you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us and attach a picture of the incorrect item(s) and your receipt/invoice.
